*Note: Before generating Statements, there are a few important reminders to ensure a smooth process. Each Load must include dates and times, an assigned Partner (both driver and truck fields) and must be marked as invoiced.
- To create a new statement, click Create Statement.
- Select the Partner.
- This will be the driver or truck owner.
- Then, choose the Statement Date and define the Pay Period, either by Pick-Up Date or Delivery Date.
- Expand the Loads section to view available loads for that Partner.
- If a Pay Rate has already been set up, it will populate automatically.
- If no Pay Rate is set up, select the Rate Type and enter the rate manually.
- Use the checkboxes to select the loads you want to include in this pay period.
- Below, add any Credits or Deductions.
- If using saved deductions, click Use Saved Deductions.
- Enter a Description and Amount, then use the checkboxes to apply specific deductions to the Partner's Statement.
- Click Apply.
- On the Fuel Entry page, any transactions assigned to that Partner during the pay period will appear automatically.
- Select the applicable entries for company reimbursement on the Statement and verify that all Fees and Discounts are applied correctly before continuing.
- Once complete, click Save.
- Statements can either be exported or emailed from the system
- Statements can be exported individually or in batches.
- Statements can be emailed one at a time.
- To view or edit a statement, click View.
