Setting Up Fuel Codes

1. Click the setup wizard on the home screen to configure drivers and cards.
   • Add users and assign fuel cards during this step.
   • RTS will automatically invite drivers who aren’t already using the app.
2. Choose your fraud protection settings, like Card Lock.
   • If Card Lock is enabled, generating a Fuel Code will automatically unlock the card to complete the transaction.
3. Drivers can set up Fuel Codes by entering their fuel card number the first time they generate a code in the app.
4. If you already have Card Lock enabled or are the only employee in your fleet, Fuel Codes are ready to use without setup.
5. Once setup is complete, drivers can use Fuel Codes at participating locations.

Using Fuel Codes

1. Find a Pilot Flying J or One9 location using the Fuel map.
2. Once you arrive at the station, generate a Fuel Code in the app and enter it at the pump.
   • Follow any remaining prompts to begin fueling.
3. For added security, each Fuel Code is linked to a specific fuel card and location and expires after 30 minutes.
